     A demo you can try without installing anything: open the page, point a phone at the barcodes on it, and watch a real count fill up.

   • Fixed

     The support address in the app footer replaced the whole app with a blocked page instead of opening a mail client. It now opens outside the admin frame, where it belongs.

     Dragging down at the top of the counting screen reloaded the page — which emptied the field, dropped the keyboard and put the catalogue back through its loading screen. Nothing was ever lost, but on a shelf it was indistinguishable from the app falling over.

     The scan field stays on screen while the keyboard is up. It used to slide under the status bar on a phone with a notch.

     Add an item to a count from the admin, without scanning it — for the box found in the wrong aisle after everyone has gone home.

     Correct a counted quantity from the admin. Previously a miscount could only be fixed by scanning again.

     The admin works on a phone: filters wrap instead of running off the edge, the summary stays above the table, and nothing hides under Shopify's own bar at the foot of the screen.

   • Fixed

     Applying a count to Shopify had been failing since early August. Shopify's 2026-07 API began requiring a field the app was not sending, and every apply was rejected in full. Counts were never lost — the numbers were held and applied once the call was corrected — but for anyone who tried in that window, the button did nothing. That is on us, and it is why the app now checks its own queries against Shopify's schema before anything ships.

     An apply now says exactly what it did and to which number: how many items were updated, how many already matched, and how many were held back as discrepancies.

   • Better

     The count table wraps rather than running off its own edge, so a long product name no longer pushes the quantity out of sight.
