Handcount turns a stocktake into a link. Create a count in your Shopify admin, share it with whoever is on the floor, and they count from a phone browser — no spreadsheet, nothing to install, no account to make. The counted numbers go straight back to Shopify, and anything that sold mid-count is flagged rather than overwritten.
- Counting happens in a phone browser — nothing to install, and no Shopify account for the people doing it
- Several people count one location at once, each seeing the others' running totals
- Tap any counted line to put it right on the spot — change the quantity, leave a note, or take the line off the count
- Works with no signal: the catalog is downloaded to the device, and scans sync when the connection returns
- Anything that sold mid-count is reported as a discrepancy, never silently overwritten — and any apply can be undone
- Notes on the whole count or on a single item, written from a phone or the admin, and read by everyone counting
- Export any count as CSV — item, SKU, barcode, the quantity at count start, counted, difference and who counted it
- Put two or more applied counts of the same location side by side, to see what moved between them
- The dashboard reads a period, not the last count — accuracy, coverage, what one costs in hours, and which location is behind
- Count at the till: a tile on the Shopify POS home screen, with scanning, corrections, the QR code for phones, and Review and apply — offline included
