After you install
Support is answered by the people who wrote the code, so a reply explains why the app behaves the way it does instead of asking you to try reinstalling. Both App Store listings and the form below reach the same place.
None of your money runs through us. Subscriptions, trials and cancellations are handled by Shopify's own billing, so leaving is a click in your admin rather than a conversation you have to have.
